I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. This allows me to provide thoughtful, individualized care without the constraints imposed by insurance companies. I am happy to provide a superbill to those seeking reimbursement for out-of-network care.

During your first appointment, we will review your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Together, we will collaborate on a treatment plan that best meets your needs while respecting your beliefs and goals. This may include medication, psychoeducation, disability assessment, and/or outside referrals.
60-90 minutes

Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring your progress, assessing response to treatment, adjusting medication doses, and addressing ongoing concerns.
